Our training plan

Approximate deployment duration: Six (6) Months.

This Training Plan is based on the principle that ALL WORKERS MUST AND CAN BE INSTRUCTED / TRAINED BY THEIR IMMEDIATE SUPERVISORS DURING THEIR WORKING TIME AND AT THEIR RESPECTIVE WORK SITES.
In this way, a genuine relationship of concern for others gets shaped, through the creation and maintenance of Institutional Habits that will generate competencies heading towards common goals and creating or reinforcing that Operational Discipline , true award of a truly profitable company.

HSE - Diseño y Soportes del Programa

Phase A - Program Design and Supports:

  • Field Competency Assessment

    It is supported with a Work Manual with the specific "Essential Activities" for each role

  • Theory Tests

    The tests can and should be modified as the Program progresses

  • Classroom Training Presentation

    To carry the support material for the Instructors, explaining the mentoring method and the resources available.

  • Instructors Training / Evaluation Material

    With the content of the Work Manual for the Evaluation of Field Competency by Role and Theory Tests.

Phase B - Implementation Instruction:

  • Training for Management and Operations Headships

    4-hour evaluative sessions to inform the Client of the general framework of the Program

  • Training for Instructors and Implementers

    16-hour evaluation courses with the instructions for managing the Plan in the field

Phase C - Field Monitoring of the Training Plan:

It comprises numerous advantages as below:

  • Follow-up by Rig / Department on Instructor Management.

  • Support to the Instructors’ Management.

  • Review of the support material that guarantees the proper management of the Instructors.

  • Review and Confirmation of Employee Skills Assessments.

Phase D - Work Competencies Assessment Process:

Every employee got his own Work Competencies evaluated and, according to the result, an Occupational Certificate of the role is issued to each one of them. From this point the Career Training Plan begins within the Company, giving bases to actions of meritocracy in the assignments of greater functions. This Process is a one-person and mainly involves an EXTERNAL SPECIALIST and the Customer Supervision Line.
